Itinerary

Day 1: Aswan – Kom Ombo – Gebel El-Silsila

Begin your journey with a warm welcome from our representative in Aswan, followed by a smooth transfer to your Dahabiya. Step onboard Akhnaton Dahabiya and enjoy a traditional welcome drink as your Nile adventure begins.

Sail toward Kom Ombo Temple, where you’ll visit the fascinating double temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus the Elder. Lunch is served onboard as the scenery drifts by.

In the afternoon, continue sailing to Gebel El-Silsila, exploring its ancient quarries and rock-cut tombs. Enjoy dinner onboard and overnight in a tranquil riverside setting.

Day 2: Edfu – El Fawaz Island

Wake up to the gentle rhythm of the Nile and enjoy breakfast while sailing north. Arrive at Edfu for a guided visit to the impressive Temple of Horus—one of Egypt’s best-preserved ancient temples.

Return onboard for lunch, then relax on the sundeck as you pass traditional Nile villages and lush landscapes. In the evening, enjoy dinner onboard or a magical barbecue on El Fawaz Island, dining under the stars. Overnight onboard.
