The Luxor Temple is a large Ancient Egyptian temple complex located on the east bank of the Nile River in the city today known as Luxor and was constructed approximately 1400 BCE. In the Egyptian language, it was known as pet rest, “the southern sanctuary”.
Discover north of Luxor and visit the well-preserved temples of Dendera and Abydos with their well-retained visible colors. Abydos was the pilgrimage center of the ancient Egyptian kingdom and it used to contain some burials of the first and second dynasties for being the afterlife gate according to the Egyptian’s beliefs. the temple of Abydos belonged to King Seti the first of the 19th dynasty, but he was dead before it was all finished, so his son Ramses the second completed the mission.
Upon arrival at Luxor Airport you will be met by our representative then you will be transferred by a deluxe vehicle you will visit sites on the West Bank, including the Colossi of Memnon and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut(A daughter of King Thutmose I, Hatshepsut became queen of Egypt when she married her half-brother, Thutmose II, around the age of 12. Upon his death, she began acting as regent for her stepson, the infant Thutmose III, but later took on the full powers of a pharaoh, becoming co-ruler of Egypt around 1473 B.C. As pharaoh, Hatshepsut extended Egyptian trade and oversaw ambitious building projects, most notably the Temple of Deir el-Bahri, located in western Thebes, where she would be buried. Depicted (at her orders) as a male in many contemporary images and sculptures, Hatshepsut remained largely unknown to scholars until the 19th century)., Visit Valley of Kings (The Valley of the Kings was a great burial ground for the Pharaohs. After around 1500 B.C. the Pharaohs no longer built great pyramids in which to be buried. Instead, most of them were buried in tombs in the Valley of the Kings.) Today's tour will be about 5 hours long. Your first stop will be Karnak Temples in the East Bank of Luxor. The Great Temple of Amon at Karnak, This great national monument of Egypt has no equal. It is not a single temple, but a temple within the temple, shrine within the shrine, where almost all the pharaohs, particularly of the New Kingdom, wished to record their names and deeds for posterity. After Karnak, you will visit Luxor Temple, Largely built by the New Kingdom pharaohs Amenhotep III (1390–1352 BC) and Ramses II (1279–1213 BC), this temple is a strikingly graceful monument in the heart of the modern town. Also known as the Southern Sanctuary, its main function was during the annual Opet celebrations, when the statues of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu were brought from Karnak, along the Avenue of Sphinxes, and reunited here during the inundation. After touring the sites you will be transferred back to your hotel.

In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel for a full guided trip of about 9 hours.
First, you will be transported to Abydos, where the ancient Egyptians believed Osiris, the god of the underworld, was to be buried. The paintings of the gods and pharaohs on the walls of the Osiris Temple at Abydos are among the most beautifully preserved in Egypt.s
Afterward, you will go to Dendera to visit the Temple of Hathor, the goddess of love and joy. Hathor Temple, with its sacred lake and famous astrological roof, is a delicately beautiful structure. Hathor is the patroness of the Ahathoor Temple. At every site, you will get information from your Egyptologist tour guide and you will get free time to explore the ancient monuments by yourself.
After touring the sites you will be transferred back to your location in Luxor or to Luxor airport. "End of our services".
